Moneysupermarket.com has been given a fine of GBP80,000 after emailing people who had previously opted-out of being marketed to to ask if they would reconsider.
Marketing Tech News reveals
that the offending site had emailed more than 7m former subscribers. The Information Commissioner's Office said in a statement that brands have to take no for an answer.
