Mobile advertising firm Kargo named Steven Filler SVP sales, Europe, a new position.
Filler is tasked with developing and expanding Kargo’s relationships with brands and agencies in the U.K. and Europe.
He will be responsible for all revenue and account management functions and based in the Kargo’s London office.
Filler joins Kargo from The Telegraph, where he served as the digital strategy director. Before that, Filler ran programmatic rich media business Scoota, was managing director at AOL Networks, and launched Collective in the U.K. He also served more than a decade at IPC Magazines and The Guardian.
