SendGrid customers have gained deeper access to real-time email analytics, thanks to a partnership and product integration announced this week between the communications platform and Keen IO.
Keen IO is a start-up that customizes analytics. Based in San Francisco, Keen IO provides an API that lets developers create and embed their own customized data science features into web, mobile, and Internet of Things applications.
Keen IO unveiled a product integration with SendGrid on Wednesday that gives email marketers a greater ability to measure and optimize email campaigns.
Customers can view performance metrics for every email campaign, enhanced with data visualizations. Available analytics could include messages sent, emails opened, clicks, and revenue per email. Keen IO also provides data visualizations of A/B tests, giving customers deeper visibility into what variables could be impacting engagement.
The integration provides SendGrid customers with a history of every email interaction they have ever taken. That’s a significant scale of metrics, considering that brands send more than 30 billion emails a month via SendGrid.
SendGrid customers can visit Keen IO to create an account to connect their SendGrid data to the Keen IO cloud platform. The integration required no coding, and gives marketers access to data quickly so they can begin building segments for more targeted email campaigns.
