Ryanair Faces Action From Airline Authorities Over Bungled Cancellations

Anyone who thinks Ryanair did not do enough recently when it cancelled flights for around 400,000 customers is not alone. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is claiming that insufficient information was given out and a denial that the airline should pay for passengers to fly with other airlines was not only wrong, but illegal, according to "The Telegraph."
