Medical Firm: Fake Emails Are Designed To Hurt Stock Price

MiMedx Group, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company,  says outsiders are creating email accounts to impersonate its executives with the goal of hurting its stock price.

At least one email has been sent by someone using the CEO’s name and a Gmail account that did not belong to the executive.
