UK's Sublime Skinz Reports Sublime 'Viewability," Cites IAS

Sublime Skinz, a London-based company that markets a highly visual display advertising format to publishers and advertisers, announced the results of an analysis conducted by Integral Ad Science (IAS). It indicated 93.3% of its desktop units achieve the Media Rating Council’s minimum standard for “viewability.” (That means 50% more of an ad is viewable in a user’s browser for one second or longer.)
