Fosina Marketing Group, an agency that helps brands with a multiple digital tasks, including email marketing, has merged with advertising firm Agency212 and tech provider iFuel Interactive to create a new omnichannel entity. Terms were not disclosed. 

Headquartered on Fifth Avenue in New York, the combined agency will have under 100 employees at launch, but has plans for aggressive expansion. 

Fosina founder Jim Fosina will serve as CEO of the enterprise and Kristina Tucker, EVP of account management at Agency212, will serve as president. Tom Di Domenico, managing partner at iFuel Interactive, will be chief strategy officer.

Fosina specializes in direct-to-consumer acquisition and customer retention. The merger will strengthen its ability to develop strategy, execute digital campaigns and improve customer experiences at every touchpoint, it says.

Email contact strategy and deployment services are among the firm’s capabilities.

“Each agency brings significant understanding and assets regarding the leveraging of email communication for their respective client base,” Jim Fosina says. 

He adds that “never before has there been a greater time to leverage consumer email contact strategies to aid in nurturing more engaging relationships with customers to build affinity, loyalty and life time value for all of the new company’s customers. We see email as an incredibly strategic component of our entire network of digital capabilities.”

Fosina’s services also include subscription marketing, strategic consulting, operational development and management, creative design, offer and messaging optimization, website hosting, screening and commerce transactions, paid search and social media campaign management and campaign analytics.
