Marketing consultant R3 has bulked up its staff with several new hires from the agency world including Senior Consultant Lana Tobengauz, a 20-plus year pro whose previous stints include stops at MDC Partners’ Assembly, Pubicis Media, WPP and Omnicom Media.

In her previous roles, Tobengauz oversaw teams in client management, communications planning, investment and analytics. At R3 she’ll focus on the integration of ROI focused accountability, digital transformation and brand marketing.

IrisChan also joins as a Senior Consultant. Her experience spans both the US and APAC markets, and includes strategy and insights roles focusing on consumer-media insights, global brand localization and repositioning, and digital creative content marketing. She has worked across several luxury brands, as well as global CPG, beverage and automotive brands.

Vincent Tam comes to R3 as Senior Strategy Consultant with a digital background and 20-plus years of experience in both B2C and B2B across the US, Asia and Europe. He served at agencies in New York and Los Angeles before moving to Asia where he became regional managing director for Omnicom’s Doremus.

Also joining as a Senior Consultant is Kristin Gower. Before coming to R3, she worked as a regional manager for GroupM’s MediaCom.  Her experience spans both the agency and client sides, as well as consulting. Her previous roles include leading the marketing team for a global appliance manufacturer in both China and North America, and she brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, PR and media to her new role at R3.
