Jack Morton Hires Its First Chief People Officer

Jack Morton, the Interpublic-owned experiential agency, has appointed Melissa Rose as chief people officer, a new role at the company. 

In this role, Rose joins the agency’s HR team, where her primary objective is ‘strategic people operations,’ or  helping the agency continue to grow, retain and nurture its talent. 

Rose will serve on the agency’s executive leadership team reporting to the chairman and CEO, Josh McCall, in Boston. 

Rose, a 20-plus year industry veteran, previously held positions at Hill Holliday, ISM, Carat and iProspect. Most recently, she served as vice president, human resources at Anaqua, an intellectual property software company.
