
Industry veteran Madhu Malhan is joining FCB Global as
senior vice president and director of global creative services to elevate the network's creative portfolio, reputation and culture, per the agency. She reports to Chief Creative Officer Susan
Credle.
In this role, she will also help the agency grow by tapping into the best creative resources in the network, identifying and mapping outstanding industry creative talent, setting
agency-wide creative priorities and "strongly representing" FCB among clients and prospects.
She will also partner with FCB Chief Creative Officers to strengthen the network’s jury and
award-show submissions.
Malhan will work alongside Fred Levron, worldwide creative partner, FCB Global, to develop new creative programs designed to elevate the agency’s creative bar for
talent outreach and connectivity.

Well-known for her work on diversity and inclusion progams, Malhan most recently served as senior vice president and director of creative culture at Publicis
USA. In the post, which she held for a decade, she managed various aspects of the shop’s creative effort, including talent, awards and culture.
Earlier, she served as partner and Minister
of Culture at Ogilvy & Mather.
She began her career with the Ad Club of NY and International Andy Awards.
