Experiential marketing agency GPJ has promoted two senior staffers to support future growth and strengthen operations.
Brian Neville has been named Global Chief Operating Officer
and Paolo Zeppa is now president, GPJ Americas.
Neville’s remit encompasses global AOR expansion, account and delivery operations, while leading North American integrated
production. Before this, Neville was GM for the agency’s Boston and New York offices. Prior to joining GPJ, he held executive posts at Jack Morton Worldwide, Marketing Werks and Merv Griffin
Productions.
In his new role, Zeppa will lead the commercial performance, strategic growth and organizational health of GPJ’s largest market, the U.S., while driving growth across the

“GPJ has built a powerful global platform, and our opportunity now is to connect it even more deeply,” said Fiona Bruder, Global CEO. “These leadership moves
are about putting the right structure and leadership in place to accelerate our growth. Their complementary strengths — commercial leadership and operational excellence — will help
accelerate the agency’s ambitions on a global scale.”
Zeppa has been a GPJ executive since 2014, joining as SVP, strategy and planning and rising to EVP, client success/general
manager. “Great work starts with great teams. Our goal is simple: Build the teams and operating model that allow us to deliver an exceptional GPJ experience every time,” he said.
Neville added: “The pace of growth in experiential marketing is creating an extraordinary opportunity for GPJ — and our global footprint gives us a unique advantage. With teams,
capabilities and relationships across markets, we create economies of scale that allow us to move faster, operate smarter and deliver more value for our clients.”
GPJ is part of Project
Worldwide. Client work has included DP World, Le Mans, IBM and Jeep.
