Google plans to open four local Hubs in France, run by a network of local partners focusing on digital. They will have a dedicated team setting up free training to support online skills and
digital literacy. The move aims to help people find better jobs, keep their families safe online, and develop businesses or careers. Brittany will become Google's pilot region, with the opening
of a Google Hub in Rennes during first half of 2018. Three other hubs will follow, Sundar Pichai wrote in a blog post.
