Omnicom has appointed Ronnie Hawkins to its board of directors, expanding the board to 14 members, 12 of them independent. Hawkins is managing director, head of international investments at EIG Global Energy Partners. He brings "years of experience in international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, start-ups and divestitures," stated Omnicom chairman Bruce Crawford.
