The Now Agency introduced a new
feature to aid brands looking for value content from 50,000 third-party publishers: Social Distribution Network.
Platforms increasingly distribute individual pieces of content based on
interest signals, including watch time, engagement, discussion and sharing. As a result, brands compete for greater attention.
The Social Distribution Network is designed to address changes in
the medium. Brands provide priority content — podcasts, livestreams, YouTube, etc.— and verified publishers across the network then transform that content into social-native clips,
distributed via their own channels. That strategy offers more opportunities for a single piece of content to find relevant audiences across demographics, geographies and verticals.
“Great content alone is no longer enough to win on social media,” said Gabe Feldman, co-founder/managing partner of The Now Agency. “Brands need to think just as critically about
how that content is engineered to break through the discovery mechanisms that determine its reach.”

“The opportunity isn’t simply to produce more content,” added
Jonathan Chanti, co-founder of The Now. “Social distribution should be treated as infrastructure, not an afterthought.”
