Re/Max Focuses On Personal Recommendations

Re/Max is focusing on the power of personal recommendations in a national effort.

The campaign, from San Francisco-based agency Camp + King, includes TV, social, digital and print. It features the claim that more buyers and sellers recommend Re/Max than any other real estate brand.

“It’s hands down one of the most important claims we’ve been able to make, especially in an age when consumer ratings, reviews and recommendations are everything,” said Adam Contos, Re/Max co-chief executive officer, in a release.

The three 30-second spots are “Empty Nester Listing,” “Family Listing” and  “Newlywed Listing.” Each shows a different scenario in which a Re/Max agent helped find the perfect home for the specific family's life situation.

This is the third iteration of the campaign Camp + King launched in 2016, “The Sign of a Re/Max Agent,” highlighting the behind-the-scenes hustle of Re/Max agents.

The new campaign spans traditional and contemporary advertising media, including short, dynamic spots for digital, social and content for sites such as Buzzfeed.

The real estate company, with more than 115,000 agents worldwide, claims to sell the most real estate globally as measured by residential transaction sides.
