Two agencies are bolstering their digital and technology teams with new talent. Engine Digital is bringing its analytics in-house by hiring Justine Yu as senior digital analyst. In this new role within the agency's strategy group, Yu will lead the agency’s approach to analyzing and leveraging data at all stages of the agency’s process framework. Outside of project work, she will also oversee the evolution of the agency’s tools, technologies, and partnerships in the analytics space.
She is returning to her Vancouver roots having worked in Los Angeles at a predictive analytics startup, as well as at agencies Golin and Possible.
Separately, ICF Olson names Chip Knicker as head of digital business to help the agency's marketing divisions increase their integration efforts. He formerly served as chief digital officer of We Are Unlimited, Omnicom’s McDonald’s U.S. dedicated creative agency.
