The BuzzFeed UK editorial team has won the right to a postal ballot on whether the National Union of Journalists should be recognised and enabled to carry out collective pay bargaining on wages,
Press Gazette reveals. The site reports workers wanted a postal ballot because they were concerned that votes would be swayed if they were cast in their office in front of managers.
