Agencies Add Female Management, Creative Talent

Three agencies are introducing female talent to their respective teams.

Industry veteran Tammy Fischer is appointed executive vice president-co-managing director of FCBCure, the IPG-owned network’s full-service agency dedicated to health and wellness.

In this new role, Fischer joins current managing director Steven Hebert in leading a staff of 130+ to help shape the agency’s culture, spearhead new business solutions and amplify talent, with Hebert continuing to be the creative lead for the agency.

In addition to this role, Fischer will continue to lead specialized agencies for FCB Health–a position she has held since last year when she returned to the agency. Earlier Fischer spent time at McCann Health North America and GSW Worldwide-NY.

Separately, Sarah Romanoff and Marisa (Mars) Milisic are departing 180LA to join Giant Spoon where they’ll  primarily work in partnership on the Uber account at the shop’s LA office.  At 180LA, art director Romanoff and copywriter Milisic worked together on brands like Postmates, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Miller Lite, Mitsubishi, Cox, Qatar Airlines, and UNICEF.
