IPG Mediabrands has rolled agencies Society and Ansible under the Reprise banner, creating what the company is positioning as a new full-service global performance media marketing unit.
The new offering combines Reprise’s search and SEO capabilities with the social content and creative skills of Society and the mobile media, UX and technology capabilities from Ansible.
The consolidated entity offer global capabilities across digital channels, content creation, product and web development, along with eRetail and commerce.
Tim Ringel, who joined Reprise in January 2017 as global CEO, will continue to lead the newly unified agency, in partnership with long-term Reprise executive and Global COO Craig Ellis.
“The relaunch of Reprise allows us to harness the expertise of three of our leading specialist agencies … to deliver a full spectrum of performance media capabilities, united by a connected strategy,” stated Philippe Krakowsky, Chairman and CEO, IPG Mediabrands.
Krakowsky added that with the realignment Reprise will pursue its own clients but also work with UM and Initiative clients as needed.
To help promote the consolidated offering, Reprise is getting a corporate identity refresh, including a new logo, website, and visual assets.
