Pitch is appointing Sara Bamossy and Marisstella Marinkovic as co-CEOs of the LA-based advertising agency. These two female leaders are being reunited at Pitch after previously partnering together for seven years at Saatchi & Saatchi as an award-winning team producing work recognized by Cannes Lions, Effies, and Jay Chiat Awards. 

Bamossy has been with Pitch since 2014, most recently serving as chief strategy officer while Marinkovic is departing Innocean USA where she worked as SVP, managing director since 2013.

This dual leadership role was a result of both Pitch and Bamossy realizing that two leaders would be more beneficial to agency clients. They plan on making the agency’s operations more efficient by dividing responsibilities that adhere to their respective expertise.

“When the opportunity emerged to lead this amazing agency, I wanted to make a thoughtful and considered decision, and that was to bring on the person I have worked with most effectively in my career as a partner," says Bamossy. "Co-CEO is not a model that would work at every agency, but our combination of shared success, complementary skills, and strong relationship speaks for itself.” 

They replace Rachel Spiegelman who left earlier this year to join Reese Witherspoon’s production company Hello Sunshine as head of brand studio.
