National Telesystems Inc., a reseller of telecommunications systems, has generated more than $150,000 in sales with an email campaign using ZINFI’s Email Marketing Management module.
National, which offers telecommunications systems and upgrades to small- and medium-size businesses, sold 13 migrations in six months through the campaign, with sales topping $150,000, and it has booked more than $20,000 to date with a second blast.
Prior to this, the firm found it difficult to communicate with customers via email in an efficient way.
“It’s very time-consuming to write and produce your own marketing emails internally,” states Tim Landon, National’s president.
Users can utilize ZINFI’s automation technology via NEC’s Anytime Partner Portal. This allowed National to lot in, download and co-brand turn-key email campaigns. National was then able to send the email campaign to its customer list after a few minor changes to the template.
“The portal has given us some professional marketing tools we would not have had otherwise,” says Landon.
ZINFI, headquartered in Silicon Valley, offers an SaaS channel management automation platform via three applications: partner relationship management, channel marketing management and channel sales management.
