FT Closes Down Open Programmatic Exchange Over GDPR Concern

Caution over GDPR has prompted FT.com to close its open programmatic exchange, eMarketer reports. The financial newspaper site reveals that it has a high level of direct sales and most of its programmatic business is with brands it is already familiar with and so closing the open exchange was not as detrimental as it may have been for some other publishers.
