ICANN Files Third Appeal In EPAG-GDPR Case

ICANN, the group that oversees internet naming and numbering, has filed a third appeal in its effort to force email registrar EPAG to gather personal data on anyone who registers a domain name, in possible violation of GDPR. The appeal was filed with the Appellate Court of Cologne, Germany.
