WPP digital agency Wunderman, has promoted Robyn Tombacher to chief operations officer for North America effective immediately. She will report to Seth Solomons, the agency’s CEO North America. 

In this newly created role, Tombacher is tasked with creating and implementing an operational strategy across digital, integrated production, data and media to boost revenue and margin growth for the agency’s NA network.  She will also continue to help spearhead the network’s adoption of policies and programs that support the empowerment of women. 

For the past two years, Tombacher has served as head of operations, North America at Wunderman. Before that, she led operations for R/GA’s Global Capabilities practice.  Earlier she spent a dozen years at DigitasLBi, where she established operating practices and policies for the agency.
