While Page 1 is well-equipped within the digital landscape, this deal fleshes out its off-line offerings, including print materials, event planning and on-site practice consulting.
The combined client roster includes plastic surgeons, dermatologists and other practices in the medical aesthetics industry, as well as attorneys, dentists and ophthalmologists. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, the 11-year old SEP will be fully absorbed into Page 1 with president and CEO Dana Fox stepping in as Page 1's vice president, practice development. She has made a "long-term commitment" to serve in her new position, says Page 1's president/CEO Dan Goldstein.
The enhanced agency will operate as Page 1 Solutions, based in Page 1's office in Lakewood, Colorado. However, the newly expanded company anticipates keeping the Strategic Edge office in Edmonds, Washington, open for several months as leaders work through the transition. Eventually, some employees may work remotely from that location.
