Joan Creative has appointed veteran creative director Dan Lucey as executive creative director and equity partner.
In this new role, Lucey will work with co-founder and chief creative officer Jaime Robinson and co-founder and CEO Lisa Clunie on the development and leadership of the creative team. He’s also tasked with helping to drive growth for the two-year-old agency and its clients.
Lucey joins Joan from BBDO New York where he spent the past six years as executive creative director, leading the Foot Locker, Priceline, and Guinness accounts.
Prior to that, Lucey ran the Google and Comcast accounts at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. During his career, he has also held roles at Saatchi NY and Mad Dogs & Englishmen NY.
