Deutsch LA is promoting Gabriela Farias to senior vice president/director of business affairs and Carie Bonillo to svp/director of traffic operations to work in tandem to lead their respective departments. In their new roles, Farias will oversee all production business and legal affairs and Bonillo will cultivate relationships between agency, media and vendor partners to ensure efficiency and budget exactness. Both will report to Deutsch’s North American Chief Creative Officer, Pete Favat.

Farias brings more than two decades of industry experience and knowledge to Deutsch. She has been at the agency for ten years after stints at BBDO, Arnold and TBWA/Chiat/Day. Bonillo joined Deutsch in 2011 as Director of Broadcast Traffic from Saatchi & Saatchi.
