Javier Soltero, who led Microsoft Outlook, is leaving the company following a year of reorganization of the Microsoft Office business. Soltero, who joined Microsoft in 2014 when it acquired his firm Acompli, was an outspoken internal critic. He hopes to get back to “building new things.”
