Digital
marketing agency HS2 Solutions is overhauling its brand identity across North America.
The makeover follows a series of acquisitions after the company's private-equity investment by
Mountaingate Capital two years ago. The latest acquisition is Demac Media.
The newly named Bounteous brand will combine HS2, LunaMetrics, Infield Digital and Demac under an integrated
offering that includes strategy, ecommerce, analytics and marketing.
Phil Hollyer serves as cofounder-CEO alongside Keith Schwartz, cofounder-president, with 400 staffers across offices
in Chicago, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Denver, Berlin and Toronto.
Demac Media is billed as Canada's largest and most established ecommerce agency and will serve as the backbone of the
Bounteous Canada umbrella.
Led by Mike Brown as president, this division will leverage strategic partnerships with commerce platforms including Adobe/Magento, Shopify and Workarea to service
clients including Sleep Country, Staples Canada and the Government of Alberta.
The name Bounteous, which means of “generously given” or “plentiful,” was selected
to reflect the flow of insights, ideas, imagination and innovation across disciplines and business functions.
