Output Services Group (OSG) is combining two email marketing firms it owns — WhatCounts and Windsor Circle — and rebranding them under the WhatCounts label.
The objective is to offer “an all-in-one solution to enterprise clients,” stated Matt Williamson, chief operating office of WhatCounts.
WhatCounts provides an enterprise email marketing platform, Windsor Circle an automated personalization platform.
The objective is to offer “an all-in-one solution to enterprise clients,” stated Williamson.
Clients can use the integrated firm to drive email, social, and SMS campaigns, deploying personalization and predictive data sets derived from propensity models, the firm says.
It adds that they do this using “fewer vendors.”
The new entity will be identified as an OSG company.
