MARC USA is promoting Joe Burke to executive vice president/chief creative officer to oversee creative across the agency's three offices in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Boston..

MARC hasn't had a CCO position for a number of years, but is reinstating it with Burke's promotion.

Burke, who joined MARC USA in 2011 and was previously executive creative director in the Chicago office and earlier held creative roles at DDB, Element 79, FCB and JWT.
