Charlotte, NC-based Luquire George Andrews has appointed Lisa Purpura vice president, media director to oversee the agency's media planning and buying efforts.

Purpura joins LGA from VML, where she served as managing director leading the paid media practice across all North American offices for the Kansas City agency, which recently merged with WPP's Y&R. Earlier in her career, she worked at Havas Media Group, Cramer-Krasselt, DDB and Quantum Leap.
