Encore Digital Media is hiring Stephen Noble as client director to lead the agency's client-facing teams. He’ll also advise on strategy and oversee programmatic solutions with a focus on in-housing. Noble joins from WPP’s GroupM, where he was director of its programmatic display team. Earlier he worked for 13 years with GroupM’s Mindshare as head of trading for both Digital Display and Publishing.
