Sara-Beth Donovan, the long time media chief at Avon, CT-based agency Mintz + Hoke, has been named president of its independent media services unit, "Media Only."

The 17-year old media shop operates as a freestanding entity reporting back to Mintz + Hoke management.

The goal of the unit is to service clients who have their creative serviced at an unrelated agency, but may be lacking a complete suite of media services.

Donovan, who has served as a M+H’s media executive for more than 12 years, will continue to support the agency’s full-service clients.
