6sense, B2B Service Provider, Scores $27 Million In New Funding

6sense, the provider of an account-based orchestration platform for B2B marketers, has raised $27 million in a new funding round.

The round was led by Industry Ventures, with participation from existing investors Bain Capital Ventures, Battery Ventures, Costanoa Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Venrock.

The funding will allow the firm to “expand our product, including transforming the traditional email nurture track into multi-channel next-best-action suggestions that adjust in real-time based on buyers’ behavior,” states Jason Zintak, CEO of 6sense.

That entails continued investment in the firm’s Sales Intelligence Experience product, expanding its strategic service offerings, and building an activation channel partner ecosystem, the company says.

In the past year, the San Francisco-based firm has opened offices in New York and India and added to its leadership team.
