Black Hills Energy is "Ready" to engage people with the utility company by showcasing three customers.
The new brand platform, developed by Vladimir Jones, follows each personality and
their unique backstory. Chief Travis McConnell, for instance, returned home to help spearhead the sustainable food movement in his Arkansas home community. The spots end with the tagline, "Ready to grow our communities, together."
The multimedia campaign launched across Black Hills Energy’s home state of South Dakota in March, and began running in Colorado earlier this month. By July, the campaign will be running in six additional states (Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska and Wyoming), to enable Black Hills Energy to target its 1.27 million customers.
