Dentsu Aegis Network agency 360i has elevated Piper Hickman and WeiWei Dong to the role of executive creative director. Both are based in New York.
In their new roles, the two creatives will take on greater responsibility for driving business growth, as well as increased creative, strategic, and operational leadership for the agency’s expanding creative department.
The duo will oversee several accounts, including Oreo, Champion, 7-Eleven, and Mini.
Hickman joined 360i more than a year ago as group creative director. Prior to 360i, she spent nearly seven years as a freelance creative director, working with top ad shops like Ogilvy, Y&R, McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi, Havas, and Grey.
Dong joined the agency as group creative director and partner to Hickman in 2018, following a three-year tenure as a creative director at 72andSunny in New York.
