Carat's Epstein Elevated To Global CEO

Michael Epstein, CEO Carat U.S is being promoted to CEO, Carat Global, parent company Dentsu Aegis Network confirmed today.

He will report to Peter Huijboom, DAN’s Global CEO Media & Performance and Global Clients. 

Epstein will continue to be based in New York, but will work closely with the London-based Carat Global Leadership team. He will also continue to lead Carat’s U.S. operation while a search for his successor is conducted.

Epstein joined Carat U.S. in 2013 as its first Chief Strategy Officer. In 2017, he assumed the U.S. CEO role and during his tenure, Carat won the United Airlines, Intel and P&G U.S. businesses, as well as retaining the Microsoft account globally.

Separately, the company said Christine Removille will move to the new role of global president, media an performance transformation, continuing to report to Huijboom.

The Accenture veteran joined Carat as global president last September.
