WPP Announces Another European Campus

WPP is adding another consolidated campus -- this one in Dusseldorf, Germany -- as part of its ongoing streamlining effort.

Based in the city’s MedienHafen (Media Harbour) area, the new building will be an integral part of the Rhine harbor skyline when it is completed in 2021.

The holding company has agreed to a 15-year lease with the developer and owner CODIC GmBH. WPP will occupy 34,000 square feet in the new facility and house 2,500 people there.

BDG architecture + design, a WPP company, will design the interior office space.

Dusseldorf is the latest major WPP office co-location in Europe to be announced.

A new campus in Paris will open in 2021, while the firm’s Amsterdam campus opened in April. Madrid and Milan campuses are scheduled to open later in the year.
