New At Cannes: Live Judging

New this year at Cannes will be live judging for a number of categories including the Innovation Lions, Glass: The Lion for Change and Titanium Lions.

The shortlisted entrants for those categories can now be viewed via www.lovethework.com. Those entrants will present their work directly to jury members, in front of a live audience, from Day 1 of the festival Monday, June 17 to Wednesday, June 19.

Festival organizers say that jury members are encouraged to engage with presenters and ask questions to better understand the finer details of the entry.

The live audience gets firsthand insight into the judging process and gains an opportunity to find out what the jury is looking for when awarding a Lion, while also discovering new innovations and creative work from around the world.

The Innovation Lions shortlist comprises 25 entries from 16 countries while The shortlist for Glass: The Lion for Change includes 23 entries from 12 countries. The Titanium Lions jury, led by Jury President David Lubars, chief creative officer Worldwide, chairman North America of BBDO, selected 20 pieces of work spanning nine countries.
