Yotpo has enhanced its SAP Commerce Cloud with new features, including some it says can improve email click-through rates.
The product, developed by SAP and Yotpo, is powered by algorithms
that help ecommerce merchants collect customer reviews and photos, the company says.
The new features allow users to collect reviews, customer photos and Q&A content using in-mail
technology and machine learning for personalized send times, the firm says.
It also allows them to auto-moderate and publish reviews based on custom parameters. These could include profanity
and sentiment analysis.
In addition, the Yotpo SAP Commerce Cloud enables brands to feature snippets of the best content in emails and on websites.
The platform facilitates
improved email, paid search and display ad click-through rates, the company claims.
Yotpo serves brands such as Away Travel, Glossier and Steve Madden. It has raised $101 million in funding
and employs over 300 employees worldwide.
