Leadspace, a provider of a B2B customer data platform (CDP), has acquired ReachForce, a firm that offers complementary B2B data tools. Terms were not disclosed.
Leadspace will gain technology, customer relationships, team members and an Austin, Texas office.
In turn, ReachForce clients will get access to the Leadspace CDP and its AI and analytics offerings for predictive and persona modeling and scoring, Leadspace says.
The firms are no strangers to each other. "We’ve known them, and competed against them, over the years,” states Leadspace CEO Doug Bewsher.
CDPs are said to create a single source of truth for companies, allowing them to bridge data silos and fuel email campaigns and other efforts by sales and marketing teams.
One mutual client, RingCentral, believes the firms will fit well together, states Dave Cowings, chief marketing data scientist at RingCentral.
Leadspace has locations in San Francisco and Hod Hasharon, Israel.
