Publicis Groupe is consolidating its New York-based agency networks under one roof, in nearly a million square feet of office space at 375 Hudson St. in the downtown section of Manhattan. 

The company has had space at the Hudson St. complex under a lease that has four more years to run. Newly relocating agencies include Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi, as well as employees from recently acquired data giant Epsilon, currently housed in other Manhattan facilities. 

Commenting on the move, the company stated, "A significant milestone in Publicis Groupe’s transformation journey in North America, this centralized location will deliver the in-depth collaboration and seamless, true end-to-end capability required to fully unleash the Power of One in service of our clients."
