Just over a year after Gaston Legorburu’s quiet departure from Publicis Sapient, the former Chief Strategist and Chief Creative Officer is launching his next company to "hack the agency model."
GlueIQ is designed to serve as a hybrid consulting and marketing services agency with an inaugural client roster of Fiat Chrysler, RBC Capital Markets and Norwegian Cruise Lines Brands.
"We are determined to transform our industry by getting back to basics. We’ve fixed the value equation," says Legorburu. "Don’t you think working with a creative partner should make good business sense for clients again?"
Legorburu's leadership team includes his former Publicis Sapient colleagues, co-founder Matt Kujawa, who spent more than 11 years at Publicis Sapient, and partner Marguerite Conde who spent 16 years working at the company.

"Our teams will deliver value by focusing client’s outcomes and the quality of the work instead of being distracted by the politics and finances of the big agency model," states Legorburu.
GlueIQ is currently hiring for both its Miami and New York offices. Legorburu’s solution to attract and develop top talent is to offer them a real opportunity to put more money in their pockets in exchange for hard work and results. “We value the doers and don't make much room for watchers," he says.
Client outcomes are the key. The issue isn't being hard workers, it's being focused on the defined goals and results, rather than being distracted by matters not related to the goals.
