TowerData has expanded its partnership with Listrak to integrate its Email Validation and Email Intelligence services into the Listrak platform. Listrak is a cloud service used by retailers.
The arrangement will allow brands to “leverage email hygiene to improve inbox delivery” and access the demographic and behavioral data they need to create personalized messaging, states Tom Burke, TowerData Founder and CEO.
TowerData Email Validation helps brands remove invalid email addresses in their contact lists and maintain their email sender reputation, the company says.
Email Intelligence enables brands marketers to enhance their CRM data and improve their segmentation with such data fields as name and postal address, open rates, age, income, marital status and email address-specific activity metrics such as open rates, it says.
“Email remains the highest ROI marketing channel, and it is foundational for our retail clients to get into and stay in the inbox,” states says Ross Kramer, Listrak CEO.
The integration was unveiled at this week ConneXions conference.
