
San Francisco-based
independent creative agency Duncan Channon has hired Noël Johnson as the agency’s first director of marketing and client engagement.
Johnson will be responsible for aligning
new business efforts to strategic opportunities that showcase the agency’s new integrated capabilities across advertising, media, experiential, influencer and social marketing.
Earlier this year Duncan Channon acquired A2G, a specialist in
experiential, influencer and social marketing.
Johnson lead an initiative to refresh the agency’s positioning to reflect its contemporary offering and will also as an advisor
to new clients and client teams to ensure that new engagements get off to a strong start.

Johnson joins Duncan Channon from startup agency Most Likely To where she was a partner and head
of client services. She previously spent three years as group account director at MH VCCP (formerly Muhtazik|Hoffer), where she led the HP, SoFi, OXO and AAA accounts.
The hire is the
latest senior executive addition to the agency’s team in recent months. Earlier appointments included partner and Chief Experience Officer Amy Cotteleer and Chief Integration Officer Gary
Stein.
