Turo Partners With Adult Swim

Adult Swim is enlisting Turo to bring “Rick and Morty" fans a once-in-a-lifetime experience: booking a trip in the Mortymobile. 

Launched at the Adult Swim Festival in Los Angeles last week, the vehicle will be available for fans to book on the car-sharing marketplace in multiple cities throughout the fourth season of “Rick and Morty.”

The car is based on the character Morty Smith and will be available exclusively on Turo. The Rickmobile already had a successful 42-city tour,

The Mortymobile Tour will start in Los Angeles, with more to-be-announced cities and dates slated for 2020.

Turo and Adult Swim co-created a social media video to promote the vehicle.

“The larger-than-life Morty is fixed atop a 2010 Crystal White Pearl Mica Mazda 3,” according to Turo. “The 5-door hatchback boasts a 2.5L four-cylinder engine with 167 horsepower, a four-speaker audio system for bumping the planet-rescuing slapper, ‘Get Schwifty,’ and power windows.”

Consumers who wish to book the Mortymobile must be at least 30 years old and will be subject to additional security screenings and a security deposit.
