CRM agency Response Media has named Ryan Tuttle as chief operating officer.

In addition, Alvin Glay has returned to the firm as VP of growth and data-driven strategy.  

Tuttle previously served as the COO and co-founder of Dragon Army, a web and mobile firm. He has also held senior roles at BrightWave and Collinson Digital.

Gray had left the agency to earn a Ph.D.in business from Georgia State University.
