Jellyfish Now Has A Social Life

Digital agency and consultant Jellyfish has acquired social media creative agency Social Life. Terms weren’t disclosed.

The acquisition is the first since Jellyfish received an investment from French group Fimalac in November.  With the investment, the company says its value is an estimated $647 million.

Social Life has offices in Los Angeles, London and Amsterdam. It was founded in 2014 by former BBC Radio 1 producers, Laura-May Coope and Alistair Parrington.

A Google marketing partner, Jellyfish has 1,000 employees across 30 markets globally and works with brands like Uber, Ebay, Samsung, Spotify, Nestlé, Ford, Aviva.
