Martin Sorrell’s S4 Capital is absorbing Mexico-based content agency Circus Marketing through a merger of Circus with S4’s MediaMonks, the company announced today.
Circus, with estimated 2019 revenues of $38 million, has 350 employees across eight offices (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Spain and Los Angeles). Bruno Lambertini is founder and CEO.
Circus clients include Netflix, Spotify, Facebook and Google.
Following the completion of the merger, S4 said it would have a market capitalization of about $1.2 billion and 2,350 employees in 30 countries.
The deal follows last year’s merger of S4’s programmatic firm MightyHive with Brazil-based ProgMedia.
S4 also confirmed it completed BizTech-MediaMonks merger, announced in December.
